Who We Are
Each partner contributes a distinct area of expertise. Together we cover the full cycle from framework design through technical development, piloting, policy transfer, and communication.

Center for Social Innovation (CSI) is a research and development organisation based in Cyprus, focused on fostering positive social change through innovation, education, technology, and collaboration. CSI works across local, European, and international projects, developing solutions that address societal challenges in areas such as digital transformation, education and training, social inclusion, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and youth empowerment. Through research-driven methodologies and strong stakeholder engagement, CSI designs and implements innovative tools, training programmes, policy recommendations, and awareness initiatives that strengthen communities and support lifelong learning. The organisation actively participates in Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, and other EU-funded programmes, collaborating with universities, public authorities, NGOs, and private-sector partners to promote social impact, digital resilience, and inclusive growth. CSI’s mission is to bridge innovation and society by creating practical, sustainable, and human-centred solutions.

SciCo (Science Communication) is a non-profit organisation focused on scientific engagement and empowerment through innovative, interactive, and entertaining means. Founded in 2008, it brings together scientists, academics, educators, artists, and science enthusiasts, and today operates as a social enterprise.

UBITECH is a leading, innovative, and research-driven software house, systems integrator, and technology provider, established in Athens, Greece, in 2005. The company delivers advanced technical solutions and consulting services to businesses, organisations, and public authorities, enabling secure access to diverse information resources and services. With strong expertise in Deep Tech, Artificial Intelligence, data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and digital transformation, UBITECH develops cutting-edge solutions that address complex technological and societal challenges. The company actively participates in European and international research and innovation initiatives, combining strong research capabilities with market-oriented innovation. Aproximar is a non-profit organization aiming to enhance organisations social and human capital as a strategy to develop their capacity to take advantage of challenges and opportunities raised by the environment in a sustainable manner. Approximar brings strong experience in vocational education, social innovation, and stakeholder engagement. In fulfilling its mission Aproximar organises and manages personal, social and professional paths in the framework of tailor-made projects development and social innovation and good practices transference and dissemination.
Lascò specialises in digital transformation, innovation design, and digital skills development, with activities spanning educational technology, educational research, and the design of digital skilling actions for diverse target groups — including public authorities, education providers, large enterprises, and SMEs at national and international level.

Outside Media & Knowledge is a German creative and knowledge-transfer agency specialising in digital communication for European-funded projects. Outside Media & Knowledge brings expertise in research with diverse groups, inclusive and accessible communication, dissemination & exploitation, including branding, website development and operation, visual identity, social media, press relations, and the full dissemination and exploitation strategy.

Syncnify is a Paris-based social innovation and consulting agency that helps organisations transform sustainability, inclusivity, and innovation into concrete strategies and measurable action. The geographic spread of the consortium — across Cyprus, Greece, Portugal, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium and the Netherlands — connects the project to a wide range of cultural, educational and institutional contexts. This helps ensure that DIGI-METER tools are developed, tested and refined with transferability across the EU and beyond in mind.
