Each partner contributes a distinct area of expertise. Together we cover the full cycle from framework design through technical development, piloting, policy transfer, and communication.
Center for Social Innovation (CSI) is a research and development organisation based in Cyprus, focused on fostering positive social change through innovation, education, technology, and collaboration. CSI works across local, European, and international projects, developing solutions that address societal challenges in areas such as digital transformation, education and training, social inclusion, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and youth empowerment. Through research-driven methodologies and strong stakeholder engagement, CSI designs and implements innovative tools, training programmes, policy recommendations, and awareness initiatives that strengthen communities and support lifelong learning. The organisation actively participates in Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, and other EU-funded programmes, collaborating with universities, public authorities, NGOs, and private-sector partners to promote social impact, digital resilience, and inclusive growth. CSI's mission is to bridge innovation and society by creating practical, sustainable, and human-centred solutions.
SciCo (Science Communication) is a non-profit organisation focused on scientific engagement and empowerment through innovative, interactive, and entertaining means. Founded in 2008, it brings together scientists, academics, educators, artists, and science enthusiasts, and today operates as a social enterprise.
Through high-impact outreach activities — including science festivals, digital platforms, and workshops — SciCo has reached more than 400,000 people across Greece. The organisation has also expanded internationally through its own projects and participation in EU programmes and networks.
UBITECH is a leading, innovative, and research-driven software house, systems integrator, and technology provider, established in Athens, Greece, in 2005. Approximar brings strong experience in vocational education, social innovation, and stakeholder engagement. In DIGI-METER, the organisation supports pilot preparation, implementation, user feedback collection, and validation activities in real educational and VET settings. Its contribution helps ensure that the project tools are practical, inclusive, and relevant for institutions and learners.
Lascò specialises in digital transformation, innovation design, and digital skills development, with activities spanning educational technology, educational research, and the design of digital skilling actions for diverse target groups — including public authorities, education providers, large enterprises, and SMEs at national and international level.
The company brings expertise in education science, digital upskilling and reskilling, and technology-enhanced learning, addressing diverse learner profiles across multiple sectors. Within European-funded projects, Lascò has contributed to the development of skills frameworks, curricula, training methodologies, and innovative learning solutions — including practices recognised by the UN Global Compact – Spanish Network for their contribution to the SDGs. Lascò also served as one of 20 Core Members in Europe of the Digital Working Group of the European Commission's Harnessing Talent Platform (DG REGIO), leading an expert group on regional education and training systems for the twin transition.
Outside Media & Knowledge is a German creative and knowledge-transfer agency specialising in digital communication for European-funded projects. As co-leaders of WP5 Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation, Outside Media & Knowledge is responsible for project branding, website development and operation, visual identity, social media, press relations, and the full dissemination and exploitation strategy. This website is designed, hosted, and maintained by Outside Media & Knowledge.

The geographic spread — from Cyprus to the Netherlands, from Portugal to Belgium — also means our tools are tested and validated in genuinely different cultural and institutional contexts, making them transferable across the EU and beyond.
